10:00am: Refresh

Refresh is a café for parents/carers and their little ones. There are toys and singing for the children and a short ‘thought of the day’ for the adults. Come and be refreshed physically, emotionally and spiritually.

All welcome. £3 per family per session.

This follows a more traditional liturgy than our other services, making use of hymns, classical music, contemporary worship and time for quiet reflection. Holy Communion takes place on the first, third and fifth Sundays of the month and refreshments are served after the service.

This is an informal, friendly service, popular with young families. It is usually the 'busiest' of our Sunday services. With provisions some great provisions for children of all ages:

Toddler Church for 1-4s

Kids Church for 4-11s
----
Younger Youth for 11-14s
----
Breakout area with a live feed of the service for those with infants.

From time to time we have an All Age service - where all ages stay in the main body of the church throughout - with a theme and style that is accessible for all. The 10.30am service usually ends around 12.15pm and Holy Communion takes place on the second Sunday of the month.

The Lunch Club offers a warm welcome to seniors from the church and local community. After sharing a meal together there is a short talk or entertainment. £3.

Alpha is a 10-week course designed for people with questions about the meaning of life and the Christian faith, as well as new Christians and anyone wanting to revisit the foundations of their faith. It is a space where we welcome all questions and explore them as a small group.

We start the evening eating together, then listening to a talk around the theme of the evening and finish by breaking into small groups to discuss any burning questions the talk has stirred up.

Little Acorns is a fun and friendly group for parents or grandparents and their pre-school children with playing, singing, Bible stories, craft activities and refreshments. Places are limited on a membership only basis. £3 per family per session.

9:00am: Plotting the Pastoral Process: Finding Me Finding You

Feeling overwhelmed about how to intervene with pastoral issues and what to do? This event is about how to locate yourself as a healthy helper and how to enable others to find the way forward in their lives in a Godly way. This event looks at how to have a clear “Triage Process” around the person you are helping and how to be helpful to yourself at the same time.

Our Global Engagement Breakfasts are a chance to enjoy a continental breakfast together and find out the latest information on our global mission partners.
