Alpha Online

We have completed our first Alpha Online! If you’d like to register your interest for our next course (rather than using the link at the bottom of the page), please email us at alpha@st-stephens.org.uk

During this period of lockdown, more and more people are asking the big questions of life. Why not try #AlphaOnline where you can explore these questions each week from the comfort of your own living room?

Sign up via the link below to receive weekly Zoom details, where you will be welcomed and then watch a screening from the world renowned Alpha film series for 30 minutes. After the video we will then break out into small groups; which will stay the same every week, to have a chat about what you have seen in the clip.

Your group will be small and lead by friendly people who have participated in previous Alpha courses and are therefore able to create a relaxed space for any questions you may have about life and faith, big or small.

Unplug. Connect. Try Alpha.

What is Alpha?

Alpha is a series of interactive sessions that explore life and the basics of the Christian faith.

Who is Alpha for?

Alpha is for anyone who’s curious about the Christian faith. The video talks are designed to encourage conversation about life and the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. No question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish.

How does it work?

Alpha is a nine-week series of online sessions .

Each session includes a short video and an opportunity to discuss and question what you’ve heard and seen. You will be with the same small group of people each time to make it easier to share your thoughts and questions.

Of course, we’d love you to stick around for the whole of the course, but if at any point you think Alpha isn’t for you, that’s not a problem. There’s no pressure, no follow up and no charge. To find out when we are running our next course Contact: alpha@st-stephens.org.uk
